VISCONTI PONTEVECCHIO POMPEI BLUE

The Pontevecchio series was launched by Visconti in the late 1990's to celebrate one of the most famous bridges in Florence.

The series comprised cartridge/converter fillers in  three colors; Adriatic Stone (a mixture of dark blue and gold), Granite (gray/ light blue with black veins) and Pompei blue (cobalt blue with orange and gold streaks). 

The color of this pen is Pompei Blue, most probably the most appealing of the three.

The design of the model is very similar to Visconti's Classic line; the shape of the clip is however different and the cap band is decorated with the outline of the Pontevecchio bridge.

The pen is in near mint condition but has no box.

Nib is 14 ct gold, grade M
