STIPULA ETRURIA FACETTED - TORTOISE ACRYLIC -

The Etruria is definitely an iconic Stipula model.

Introduced in the 1900s, the Etruria has been manufactured in celluloid, acrylic and ebonite.The foliate cap band, manufactured with the lost-wax technique and the typical clip have remained unchanged over the decades and represent the characterising features of this model.

For this facetted model, Stipula however abandoned the typical cap band and adopted a rich finish with 6 thin cap bands which perfectly enhance the facetted design of the pen.

The pen is fitted with a rhodiated Stipula's Stiflex nib,  a precious creation, totally handcrafted in Florence with original machinery from the 1900s.

The nib is EF, nicely flexible and responsive.

The pen is a converter/cartridge filler but can be used as an eyedropper as well.
