THE SCOTLAND PEN green Jade

The brand "The Scotland Pen" is connected with  of Mr. Stiassi and Mr. Tantini's activity, who registered the brand in Bologna in the 1920's.

Mr. Stiassi and Mr Tantini  are the founders of the Tabo company, whose production is much better known to collectors worldwide. 

The Scotland models were produced for a very short time and are therefore very rare. Very early product were ebonite safeties, which were soon replaced by beautiful button filers in colorful celluloid.

All the Scotland pens are of very high quality with beautiful barrel imprints and very fascinating color combinations.

Celluloid button fillers were produced in two sizes and were fitted with beautiful 14 ct gld The Scotland nibs.

This green jade button filler is a medium size in excellent condition; the difference in color between the barrel and the cap is minimal.

The pen is fitted with a replacement 14 ct gold Columbus nib, which is fine and flexible.
