OMAS GENTLEMEN black vegetal resin- transitional model

In the 1980s, when Omas abandoned celluloid and started producing pens in vegetal resin, the old models were not restyled.

The line and design of Milord and Gentlemen pens, which had been introduced in the 1960's, simply remained unaltered.

The name Gentlemen, used for celluloid pens, was changed only a bit later, into Gentleman.

Although we are grown used to diversify Gentlemen pens (celluloid) from Gentleman (resin) we must know that a number of Gentlemen pens in vegetal resin exist.

This pen is one of them. It is a Gentlemen piston filler in black vegetal resin.

It can be defined a transitional model as in a very short while, Omas changed the name of all senior size resin pens to Gentleman.
