OMAS CS UNUSED WITH ORIGINAL BOX - EF - FLEXIBLE
The CS model was introduced in the early 1960's along with the VS (the last evolution of the 361 model).
Both models were advertized as precious pens which were not the result of injection moulding but of fine craftsmanship, totally finished by hand.
This marketing message meant to distinguish Omas pens from the mass produced German and American pens which were becoming so popular on the market at the time.
The CS is actually a very refined piston filler with friction cap which sports a beautiful and very generous spear-shaped 14 ct nib. The pen is manufactured in black celluloid and it is very light in the hand.
It is a reliable writer, very pleasant to use.
The CS exists in one size only.
Both the CS and the VS were marketed in very fashionable wood presentation boxes which express the quest for distinction and high quality design, typical of these years.
This Omas CS is in superb condition (it looks like unused) and it comes with its original wood presentation box.
The nib is very flexible, grade EF.
