OMAS CS - 1960's

The CS model was introduced in the early 1960's along with the VS model.

Both models were  advertized as  precious pens which were not a product of injection moulding but the result of fine craftsmanship, totally finished by hand.

This marketing message meant to distinguish Omas pens from the mass produced German and American pens which were becoming so popular on the market at the time.

The CS is actually a very refined piston filler which sports a beautiful spear-shaped 14 ct nib. The pen is manufactured in black celluloid and it is very light in the hand. It is a reliable writer, very pleasant to use.

The CS exists in one size only.

It was marketed in a beautiful wooden presentation box.

This Omas CS is in  near mint condition.

The nib is 14 ct, grade F, nicely flexible.

The pen is without box.
