WATERMAN 94 MOSS AGATE CELLULOID - RED KEYHOLE NIB

In the late 1920s Waterman introduced  the 94 model in ebonite (rose, blue and yellow ripple are the most desirable ripple combinations). In the following years the model was manufactured in celluloid in a variety of colors, including Persian, Steel Quartz, Moss Agathe and Black.

Persian was one of the most charming colors of this line of pens. It is a very light color with streaks of  pink, green and gray. Being so light, Persian is highly susceptible to discoloration and it is extremely difficult to find it in pristine condition.

Black is among the rarest colors of this line.

Most celluloid 94s are fitted with keyhole nibs and can thus offer a wide range of writing options. Most nibs are identified with a color, using the same color system as for the Waterman 7 and 5 ripple pens.

This Waterman 94 in moss Agathe celluloid is in near mint conidtion and it comes with its original box. It is fitted with a Red keyhole nib, which writes beautifully.
