PELIKAN 500 BROWN STRIATED BARREL- FOR EXPORT

Pelikan 500 models are a derivation of the 400 model and they are pretty rare. Time of production spans  from 1950 to 1956.

This Pelikan 500 with brown striated barrel is in excellent condition: the cap is very clean and has no dings or brassing and the barrel has a  very good transparency.

The bottom of the barrel is marked "Export" as it is the rule for models which were designed to be exported.

The nib is 14 ct gold, grade F. It actually writes more on the EF side.
