OMAS MILORD BLACK CELLULOID - 1960S - EF

In the 1960's Omas restyled the line of its top of the range models. The traditional 55X line was replaced by  three new models which had a rich greek key cap band.

The small lady pens (corresponding to the former 555/F) were named Dama , the standard size ( corresponding to  the former 556/F) was named Milord and the larger 557/F became Gentlemen.

Actually the only remarkable difference was the style of the cap band. Size and design remained basically unaltered from the past.

The Gentlemen is nowadays one of the most desirable Omas writers in black celluloid along with its 557/F counterpart. The smaller Milord corresponds in size to the traditional 556/F,  and it is perfectly suitable for a small male or a feminine medium-sized hand.

This MIlord in black celluloid is fitted with a very pleasant 14 ct Extralucens nib, which is smooth and very flexible. Grade is F.
