OMAS HONG KONG 1997 - RED RESIN SPECIAL EDITION

On July 1st 1997 the United Kingdom transferred the sovereignty over Hong Kong back to the People's Republic of China after 156 years of British rule on the former colony.

Hong Kong became a Special Administrative Region of China (SAR), a special condition meant to last for 50 years.

Hong Kong's "Return to Motherland" was celebrated by Omas with a precious limited edition and with a series of special edition pens in red resin and yellow metal.

On the cap top there is a colorful plaque with the image of a dolphin which symbolizes freedom.

This 1997 Hong Kong piston filler is unused but it is without box.
