OMAS AMERIGO VESPUCCI L.E. - MIB

The Omas Amerigo Vespucci Limited edition was issued in 1991 and it is the first Limited Edition Omas manufactured in the 1990s.

The pen is an Ogiva 557  in red briarwood.

The packaging is very elaborate: the box is contained  in a piece of of fabric coming from a sail. Inside the box there is room fro the pen and for a tube in briarwood which is meant to be used as a pen case.

Every detail of the pen and its packaging is designed to recall the famous Italian vessel, which is depicted on the outer box, too.

It is definitely a high quality limited Edition which testifies Omas' attention to details and their evocative power.

The pen is unused.
