ANCORA LUSSO RED LAMINATED CELLULOID

At the end of WWI Ancora introduced the Lusso model. 

Lusso pens were torpedo-shaped piston fillers which followed the trend of the time; they were manufactured in beautiful celluloid. The range of colors comprised laminated celluloids and marbled combinations.

Pens were available with rolled gold caps, too, which replicated the trend of the time inaugurated by the success of Parker's 51 model.

This Ancora Lusso is in very good condition with a minimal discoloration of the celluloid which however retains most of its beauty and brightness.

It is fitted with a very pleasant Nr, 4 Ancora nib which is very flexible.
