In the 1990s Visconti developed a fruitful collaboration with Kaweco which brought about the creation of a number of models in celluloid which are nowadays highly desirable for all Visconti collectors. At the time many semi finished Visconti  parts  were manufactured in Germany by Kaweco and then finished in Florence by Visconti to become beautiful and precious Visconti models.

The collaboration worked in the reverse as well, as Visconti contributed to te creation of a few Kaweco models which were offered as limited editions in special celluloids. This Kaweco Sport set is one of the most beautiful examples of this type of collaboration.

The celluloid used for this precious set is  the same dark marbled green with gold streaks  Visconti used for the Michelangelo limited edition.

This set is new old stock in perfect condition with  its complete paperwork. The limited edition comprises 883 pieces referring to 1883 as the date when Kaweco was founded.

The fountain pen has a 14 ct gold nib, grade M. Serial number is 755.
