Glaxo, (GSK - GlaxoSmith Kline) is a major biopharmaceutical company with a significant long-standing presence in Italy since 1932. Its Italian headquarters are in  Verona and the main production sites are located in Parma and Rosia (Siena). The company specialises in vaccines and antibacterials  with rmany research centres and thousands of employees.

Confirming its tradition of collaboration with pharmaceutical companies, Omas manufactured this line of numbered Omas Extra oversize Ogivas with special metal trims on commission for Glaxo. The cap band and the section band show a few scientific instruments - namely an alembic and a microscope -  which are presente in the booklet which accompanies the pen, too.

This Glaxo Omas Extra Ogiva is in excellent condition and comes with its original presentation box and booklet. The nib is 14 ct gold, grade M.
