OMAS ARCO GREEN COLLEZIONE CELLULOIDE- WITH BOX

In 1991, after a decade of resin pens, Omas reintroduced the use of celluloid for a series of pens which were meant to revive Omas' glorious tradition of high quality design and refined materials.

This line of pens was called "Collezione Celluloide" and were offered with a special vintage-looking packaging. The model Omas selected for this line  was the famous Paragon, which at best embodies the company's tradition and history.

The colors of the Collezione Celluloide were: speckled gray ( which was later replaced with pearl gray), burgundy, saft green, blue royale and Arco bronze. Arco green was added only a few years later.

These early pens were all stamped with Omas Extra on the barrel and the date on the grip.

Production of Paragon pens in celluloid went far beyond this line of pens and Omas manufactured celluloid Paragons for many years in the same colors but with different packaging and without engravings.

Arco bronze and Arco green Paragons have become grail pens  for today's collectors, with green being ever rarer than  bronze.

This Paragon in Arco green comes with its original packaging, it is unused and is fitted with an F nib.
