Cappuccino celluloid is one of the most fascinating celluloids used by Omas. It was used primarily on piston fillers of the 1940s ( 55X and Extra series) but a few examples of earlier lever fillers exist.

It is a very light-colored celluloid which is very delicate and can be affected by ink acidity and discolour very easily. It is therefore rare to find this celluloid in pristine condition.

This Omas 555/s  is a precious example of cappuccino celluloid in  fantastic condition with no traces of darkening on the barrel nor on the cap.

The pen has probably never been used and shows a completely clean ink window.

The nib is smooth and nicely flexible.
