MONTBLANC 146 BLACK CELLULOID - FLEXIBLE NIB

In 1948 Montblanc restyled its models and introduced the 14X line of pens.
Initially only sizes 142, 144 and 146 in black celluloid were produced. The big 149 was introduced in 1952.
Later on Montblanc introduced a beautiful striped celluloid in two different tones of green and in gray which was used for all the sizes with the exception of 149 which was manufactured in black only..
Early feeders on these models were flat with two back channels. Later feeders have a bumped back and a different design.
This Montblanc 146 has an early flat feeder and it is in excellent condition. The nib is F very responsive and very, very flexible.
Condition is excellent with only very very limited signs of time and use.
It is a very pleasant and highly performing writer.
