MONTBLANC 146 LEGRAND BURGUNDY RESIN - EXCELLENT - EF

The burgundy color was used by Montblanc throughout the 1990s  for  the Meisterstuck line, including, LeGrand, Classique and Mozart.  Fountain pens, rollerballs, ballpoints and mechanical pencils were produced.

The burgundy resin was very successful but also very brittle and was phased out by the end of the 1990s.

Vintage burgundy models have thus become highly collectible and even more desirable nowadays with the re-introduction of the  modern burgundy color by Montblanc.

This 146 LeGrand in burgundy is in pristine condition, never inked and with the original EF sticker still present on the barrel.
