In the early 1960s Omas introduced the line of Minerva 60 piston fillers. These were slim pens suitable for the feminine market and for  young users. They represent the last line of pens Omas manufactured in celluloid before shifting to resin. The early  lines of Minerva 60 were in fact manufactured in celluloid  and later  models were manufactured in resin.

The range of  celluloid colors comprised  4 beautiful marbleised hues: light blue, deep green, black and burgundy and gray pearl. All the fountain pens had matching ballpoints.

The latest Minerva 60 production was manufactured in solid resin colors: black, burgundy and green.

This Minerva 60 in deep green marbleised celluloid is in superb condition and it is fitted with a flexible EF Minerva 14 ct gold nib.
