WATERMAN SERENITE - EARLY MODEL IN BLACK RESIN

Introduced in 2000, the Serenite' is definitely one of the most striking and fascinating Waterman models. The most unusual feature of the Sérénité is its elegantly curved shape, which recalls the line of a samurai sword or a graceful arc.The perfect balance of the design and the flat end of the barrel allow the pen to stand upright. This design is not just aesthetic; it's intended to fit ideally into the hand for a comfortable writing experience.
The first Serenite' models were marketed in black resin with silver accents. The wide cap band is decorated with a high relief pattern which is reminiscent of bamboo branches, thus increasing the oriental look of the pen.
The model has then become the basis for a number of limited and special Serenite' limited and special editions in various materials, from translucent blue resin to titanium to Urushi lacquer and precious cocobolo wood.
The pen is a cartridge filler.
This Waterman Serenite' in black resin is part of the early production. The pen is pre-owned but in excellent condition with no damages and very limited signs of use.
