In the late 19890s Omas introduced the 630 line of demonstrator piston fillers in three colors: green, yellow and red. The model represented the evolution of the 620 model which was instead manufactured in solid colors such as black, green, burgundy etc.

Both models were fitted with gold plated steel nibs and represented Omas' offer  of entry level fountain pens.

Over the years, these pen have become more and more collectible, notwithstanding their rigid, gold plated nibs. This Omas 630 in blue is unused and is fitted with an M nib.
