Introduced in 1950 as derivation of the 400 model, the 500 sports a gold filled cap and turning knob. The model remained in production till 1956 and was marketed with black striped, light tortoise, seagreen, striped tortoise and striped gray barrel.

This set was marketed in Italy ( it shows the engraving Export on the bottom of the barrel) an is in outstanding condition with original box, sticker and Italian Garanzia included in the packaging. The caps show no dings nor damages to the gold filled trim.
