MONTBLANC 146 BLACK CELLULOID OBB NIB

The line of 14X Meisterstuck models was introduced by Montblanc in 1948.
Initially only sizes 142, 144 and 146 in black celluloid were produced. The big 149 was introduced in 1952.
Early feeders on these models were flat with two back channels. Later feeders have a bumped back and a different design.
Later on a beautiful striped celluloid in two different tones of green and in gray was introduced; it was used for all the sizes with the exception of 149 which was manufactured in black only.
This Montblanc Meisterstuck 146 is part of the early celluloid production and has a flat feeder. The nib is a fantastic OBB which writes like a dream.
